Behavior Technician - Southern California

We are looking for compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental needs. Services are delivered in a variety of settings including the home, school, community, and clinic. Using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you will help clients develop essential skills in areas such as communication, social interaction, play, and daily living. You will also assist in reducing challenging behaviors through evidence-based strategies, collect detailed session data, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure treatment fidelity. Parent and caregiver coaching may also be part of your role, along with regular team meetings and ongoing professional development.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred or willingness to become certified upon hire
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities is a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and data collection skills
  • Reliable, patient, professional, and punctual
  • Valid driver’s license

Program Supervisor - Southern California

We are looking for a dedicated Program Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality ABA services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In this role, you will oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans, guide clinical staff, and work directly with families to ensure meaningful progress. Program Supervisors play a vital role in managing day-to-day clinical operations, conducting assessments, maintaining data integrity, and supporting staff development. You will collaborate with BCBAs to adjust programs based on client needs, monitor skill acquisition in natural settings, and provide parent education aligned with the treatment plan. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.


Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field
  • At least two years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage staff and ensure accurate, ethical data collection and program delivery
  • Must meet state and program compliance requirements, including CPR certification and background clearance

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Southern California

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our team and lead high-quality ABA service delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs), overseeing direct 1:1 therapy, and conducting individualized behavior assessments. You will design and monitor client treatment plans, provide monthly caregiver training, and collaborate with other professionals involved in each client’s care. Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB
  • Ability to manage and supervise RBTs/BTs effectively

  • Strong communication skills for caregiver training and interdisciplinary collaboration
